One of our staff members will help facilitate this virtual monthly mastermind group.

Employee Happiness Index
The Employee Happiness Index is based on John Polish’s “Personal Happiness Graph” which has been used in personal development for decades. A simple 20 question survey will be given to your staff. We will calculate the difference between what your employees want, and their current level of happiness to determine your Employee Happiness Index.
